What was what was pretty tough it was everything was hard. But through the loss of of my dad and my wife's mom. On the kind of became real to me that my wife was going to be buried me within a year. Common people were really concerned my doc was very concerned. So I got actually deny any firm area tricks and as I was too sick to get it. So I just started you know doing some research and long story short I stumbled on to a plant based diet. Which is totally out of character for me my entire life has been hunting and fishing and the majority of my diet was meat and dairy. So I went on a thirty day challenge in news. I felt great within days I couldn't believe. And what I found out is and so which inflammation in my diet and and that's where a lot of my problems were coming from. In and if you do more research you realize that everything from multiple sclerosis choose some cancers. It's all due to inflammation. In every time I looked at anti inflammatory diet I came back to the same thing plans and it's simple things like it's the hum you know birds can eat whatever they want we fill the bird feeders all the time and they eat. All they want but they're never sick and an ever obese and it was complies so. I started realizing that it's not how much pre. And processed foods are not designed for office. So that's where you know and then everything kinda unfolded from there and on since then com I've gotten very healthy my cholesterol. From over 300 amend its ms. stone to 117. But I do it because I know it needs to be done your health is important enough that you should need motivation for.
